Love this place

The current office staff either needs updated appointment procedures or at the minimum a refresher on appointment taking. It may just be outdated answering system but it should be addressed so that staff and patients are on the same team towards recovery. My experience included basic 10 min visit that could have been done once a month not weekly or bi-weekly and what I thought would include Trauma-related counseling, Dialectical behavioral therapy, and anger management was just talking and cracking up the therapist with my personal light and dark humor. I feel I should have been given tools and techniques to cope and adjust to sober living. Given the total amount of time spent each week I feel cheated out of tools to assist me in recovery not just be a laugh. At one point she said I was good when I was far from being in a good head space and It lead to issues lasting well over a month. I was told different answers to if I had to attend therapy so I could receive medication or that it wasn't necessary and just to see the doctor. I called everyday to try and reschedule a medical/therapy visit and it took weeks to get it straightened out and being prescribed medication then having to go without was completely unnecessary and complete negligence. It shows that policy's and procedures are more likely not being followed. I understand that most addicts in Oklahoma are incarcerated before getting help but I myself was a walk-in and the treatment I saught was voluntary not ordered or forced. I called and left a voice message letting them know I had no way to my appointment but what followed was a nasty voicemail by Dustin Brian. Dustin Brian advised me that I was a no call and after all the hard work to get me an appointment again they were dropping me as a patient. The tone in this man's voice and the words spoken to me were unwarranted and completely unprofessional.

After being inside for only ten minutes you can tell this entire place is a joke.

The whole staff is amazing. Jody is an amazing counselor and has helped me do a 180• with my life. She's always nice and always has encouraging words and advice.
