My son started to come here. And not only has his behavior improved but hes learning the skills he needs to be successful. This school and their staff go above and beyond. Breathing life into the term "it takes a village ". Everyone there is kind, patient, understanding. Showing every student the love and attention they need and deserve. You really couldn't ask for a better staff or school!

I was sent to this school a referral from the district for my son who has autism and ADHD. The first 30 days or so were them evaluating my son and finding him placement with his 2nd grade teacher. The communication has been subpar and constantly told my son's behavior is why he hasn't improved academically. Even daily when I'm given a short report of he did good/bad but never disclosed how he's doing academically and what strategies are being used. My son continued to regress academically and as a parent I expressed these concerns many times. Even said he does not do well with computers and told IXL math on the computer is just the way they do things. The behaviors escalated to even more avoidance in academics. I feel like my son was left behind and his disability looked at as defiance. I called the district to discuss placement and how he has not gotten what they promised he would at this school. Why do the same strategies for an entire year then say well next year he has a new teacher which should resolve your concerns. It felt more like they wanted to protect themselves despite letting my son down. Im reluctant and hesitant going into another school year just to be met with he's doing good but the data does not show improvements. I'm given so many charts and graphs about his behavior, again which is looked at as defiance versus a form of communication. When at home my son does the assignments so why can't they do worksheets instead and help him cope with the anxiety of getting answers incorrectly. I was told an entire year he was doing work to then be told they focus on behavior first then academics. His behavior is because he doesn't know the material. Then told by his teacher she doesn't have time to sit with him and teach he is with aides who are not teachers most of the day on the computer which is counterproductive. When I addressed these concerns with the director I was told the teacher has to meet my son where he is because its in his IEP. That was not what I was told repeatedly and felt like he was more of a burden instead of a kid needing supports both behaviorally and academically.
We got our child evaluated for Autism here & they charged us an out of pocket fee of $307 & some change without billing our insurance company first. It has been such a pain & HASSLE getting our refund back. All together probably 2 months for our refund back. But they sure could swipe our card in 2 seconds for that money! Very frustrating.
My son attends this place therapy he’s been going here for a few years. He’s had 3 different therapists since he’s been here, all of them are women. They are messy and act weird very weird. They talk about clients amongst each other but in a weird way. They do little petty things on purpose for no reason. Like they’re nasty nice. I was coming up the stairs one day for my sons appt and there was a therapist literally standing in her door waiting for us to walk pass, that was weirdest encounter yet and she wasn’t even his therapist which made it even weirder. She was just being nosy. Some of the ladies at the front are nasty nice as-well like their energy be way off. Honestly I’m really considering just leaving this place and going somewhere else if nothing changes. When I call up there and try to talk to a manager they don’t ever give me the head manager contact so I call or transfer me over.
My son has been going here for the last 2 1/2 years and he has definitely done great here. We have seen so many improvements in him. He had learned so much in the short amount of time with reading, writing and math. His social skills have improved drastically. Definitely would recommend this school. The aids he has had have all been really good with him. Keep up the good work.
I absolutely love this school! So many good things to say. My son jaxon has been here since he was 4 years old starting pre school not speaking one word just jibber jabber he’s six years old now and speaks almost fluently. The whole staff at this school is very caring and loving and treats your child as their own and the communication between the teachers and parents is phenomenal nothing iv ever had! Love everyone here!
My son has been going to the school for a few years now and I've seen dramatic changes in his behaviors as well as his speech. The staff is phenomenal! They truly care about your children's needs and education. They make sure you as parents are well informed and up-to-date on how your child is truly doing in class. My son loves his teachers, he wakes up excited to go to school everyday.
