The Corvallis Clinic

Needed a colonoscopy. Don't know anyone whi drives in the area and it was covid lock down. Never offered a ride via insurance. Was judged and shamed for not knowing anyone in a city I moved to due to covid and OSU not caring about their students leaving my daughter homeless during covid. Then was shamed for my 28 yr old daughter not driving. I explained she is a brain tumor survivor but thry shamed anyway. The I suggested an Uber ir Lyft and she proceeded to tell me "all ride share drivers are rapists". I am actually a rideshare driver ... so I told her what I think if her shane and judgement and inability to.provide me with proper care....and got a letter in the mail banning me from services at the entire Corvallis Clinic. This was in 2021....it is 2026 and I still am seriously high risk with massive health issues and am 53 still with no colonoscopy. I reported it all. Filed complaints. Spent a few days doing the right thing to ensure others are not treated this way. I never heard anything..... Corvallis Clinic has some seriously abusive and mean staff!!!

I had been a patient of the Corvallis clinic many times and was bounced around from doctor to doctor so many times within a short amount of time I couldn’t remember my doctors name. I just called to see if I could see my primary or see a primary or get a new primary and I was treated horribly, very unprofessional, and treated as if I was an inconvenience! I really wish I could have got the name of the lady that answered the phone because she obviously doesn’t understand how to work customer service and she shouldn’t work with or around anyone was the worst customer service ever!

I've been a patient here for five or more years and I have consistently had terrible experiences here. I have had chronic sinusitis for almost two years and they don't take me seriously at all. Every time I've gone in because of it, they tell me that there's nothing they can do. They've never tried to do any testing nor have they prescribed me anything past a cough suppressant. I get terribly sick every few months, and this most recent time, I have been sick for three weeks before I called them. I just called a few minutes ago to get an appointment for an antibiotic, and they told me that there isn't a single provider in the entire place that's available this week, so I will need to go to Urgent Care. When I asked if I'd need to pay out of pocket for that, the call operator told me "probably". I told her that the last time I went to an Urgent Care, I paid $200 just to be told that there was nothing they could do for me, so I am not really understanding why my primary care can't do anything at all for me. She said "yeah, that's why I try to avoid Urgent Care". So I told her I was not going to be a patient with Corvallis Clinic anymore, and she said nothing to try to keep my business. Do not try to be a patient here. Even simple things like getting an antibiotic for a 3-week long bacterial infection is near impossible. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be to have even more serious medical needs with this establishment.

I have no complaints about the doctors, but trying to schedule an appointment is the pits. I tried the portal , made 3 requests over 3 weeks got no response , mind this is after they emailed me a reminder, I finally called and the person I spoke to had to be reminded of my name and DOB 2 or 3 times during the process, not great.

After 25 years this place is just leaving people high and dry. Meaning I need appointments and prescription refills and getting nothing. They say cant give you appointment not even with a on call person or anything. I gusse they just dont care. All they care about is squeezing the last bit of money out of the people who are stuck there. 😔

59 days still waiting for the order. Stay away from this facility if at all possible I would strongly advise others to look for new providers. It’s clear now why so many of the good doctors and staff have left. I saw a provider nearly 30 days ago, and an MRI was ordered at that time. However, I still haven’t been able to schedule it because it’s stuck in the authorization process—despite the fact that my insurance doesn’t even require prior authorization. Waiting thirty days for this is completely unacceptable. When I reached out to check on the delay, I received a message from staff suggesting I could have another doctor at Samaritan order it instead. That’s absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Very rude staff at OB/GYN center. Which is very unfortunate because the Doctors are decent. But there is no way Im putting up with blatent disregard and animosity to see a doctor. No thank you.

Terrible you wait on hold forever when the recording says your next.they never have availability . Poor pediatric doctor office and poor staff . Literally better off just taking your kid to urgent care before here. Going to be looking for a different more qualified office for sure .
