This beautiful human has changed my life so much. I have been seeing her for 2 years and I am so glad I made the switch. I am so self aware now and have so many tools in my tool box. I have attended DBT groups and sessions, brain spotting therapy and talk therapy. I thought therapy was something you needed for just hard times and I go weekly now because that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Andrea has help my heal, grow, and completely help make me into a person who does the hard stuff for fun. I would not be who I am without her. Truly 5 stars would recommend!
