I wish I could find the words to adequately describe the level of care my daughter had while receiving therapeutic services from The Dozen, but there simply aren’t any. The level of compassion the individuals at The Dozen possess is not something I’ve ever seen before in a healthcare setting. It’s abundantly clear that the entire team has a deep passion for the overall care and wellbeing of their clients, but what is even more unique is their commitment to helping families foster a happy and healthy relationship with their children at home. The Dozens ongoing dedication to educating families on how to support their child’s unique needs is single-handedly the reason why my daughter has become the independent and kind person she is today. Our life is forever changed by The Dozen. If you have the privilege of receiving care from this facility TAKE IT. You will not be disappointed! Big thanks to the entire Dozen Team. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Deric, Lindsey, and the therapists truly deserve ALL the recognition! They have given my son/our family the best ABA therapy experience. When my son began in December 2022 at just 3 years old, he was considered non-verbal. Fast forward to September 2025, he is fully potty trained at 3 years old, sleep trained, and able to communicate in reliable, full sentences. He went from being considered non verbal to saying hundreds of words now. Our family, friends, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and teachers have noticed the developmental growth Cayden has had since starting with The Dozens. We are forever grateful for everyone at The Dozens and if you're looking for ABA services for your child, you can feel confident knowing that they will be in the best hands! Thank you Deric, Lindsey, and therapists!!! We miss you all so much!

The Dozen ABA is the absolute best place to send your child. My son is verbally expressing his wants and needs, is now potty trained, and actually is eating a new food. I am very sad we had to leave, everyone here cares about your child. They are quick to reply to any messages or concerns you may have. All the therapists are great! I cannot thank them enough for how much my son grew in such a short time. We miss you all!

I am in tears as I write this because I did NOT want to leave Washington and the only reason I did not want to leave was because of the team at The Dozen. My daughter started with them in 2022, completely non-verbal, minimal eye contact, and in diapers. Fast forward to today, she greets us, she yearns to interact with others and she is FULLY potty trained. She imitates now, allowing for so many more learning opportunities. She is interested in books more than her iPad! All of this is because of Deric and the team at The Dozen. My husband and I are better parents because of their training and we feel equipped for this transition to a new state. If you are coming to JBLM and wondering where should your baby go — THEY NEED TO BE HERE. When we were coming these reviews motivated me to go with the Dozen. I am so grateful that I can share a similar success story!! God is amazing! Our baby didn’t go to preschool until a year after full time therapy and it was perfect timing. She was ready for school because of The Dozen! It didn’t stop there though, we ensured that she remained with The Dozen full time and school was a supplement. I can’t rave enough about how ABA has been so instrumental in my daughter’s growth and my growth as a mother. It’s so amazing and if you’re reading this, know that you got this and The Dozen has your back! Every step of the way!!! Thank you The Dozen!! We love you all forever and always!!!

we have been apart of the dozen therapy services for a few years now and in our 10 years of doing aba services all across the United States as a military family this is by far the best center we have ever been apart of, they do play based services and our little one came in as non verbal and is leaving verbal and absolutely thriving, we will forever miss them and their services, every single person who works here is absolutely wonderful and they each love and care for your little ones so so much!! 🤍

My son has worked with the dozen since January of 2020. He was only 18 months old when we first started and continued to go here until June of this year. Since the start of his services Deric made things very easy for my family and helped us with learning how to help him at home. He paired my son at first with Katie when they were still doing in-home sessions and we all loved her! Then my son began his sessions in their office, and worked with most therapists there like Jamie, Lindsey, Tyler, Carly, Zack, and Katie❤️. Meanwhile, we were doing our part at home, and it wasn’t too long after starting sessions in the office that we all started to notice a huge difference in him. With all of us working together my son is doing so well and started Kindergarten in a general education class. I could not give enough thanks and praise to everyone at The Dozen we are so thankful and grateful! If you’re considering working with them, I promise you it’s the best decision you can make.

This company has been a blessing! Not only have they helped foster a better relationship between my kids and I, but they have talked me through the best strategies of improving my family's life. They frequently share valuable information from the kids therapy sessions and are always providing source material for me to use at home! The Dozen has completely changed the way I view ABA as they employ play therapy strategies to achieve the clearly stated goals. I've also found the therapists get genuinely invested in what's best for the child and always celebrate the small victories! My kids adore the therapists and so do I! I can't imagine taking the kiddos anywhere else!
