Have worked with many great agencies concerning my son - this one was a complete waste of time. Untrained staff, very little interaction with my son, usually staff was not even in the same room as him. Therapist clearly had no idea what she was doing for MONTHS and my concerns about this were brushed aside.
My sister in law had some negative experiences here with her son who desperately needed the services and only added to his behavior problem 😞
