Was working to support an individual get to their appointment. The front desk worker was highly rude and unhelpful.

I waited over a hour and a half not to be seen . The two stars is for the staff members who had nothing to do my rescheduling. Dr told me she had alot of appointments today has her very busy cause delays. Then she mumbled she couldn't do this giving me no option but reschedule. I Don't like if whenever you can do something or say something to help , you do. I BELIEVE SHE ALREADY wasn't up to doing any more as she was behind her schedule. THEY NEED TO GET THINGS DONE FOR THE PATIENT LIKE THEY SAID THEY ARE HERE TO DO. THEY ARE ASKED TO EVALUATE WHO EVALUATES THE THIER BEHAVIOR. I was Given NO DATE TO RETURN . I was just the office numbers to call back to reschedule . Mr Daly

Staff is friendly, better have a appointment, they are always busy. Good location, better location would be in Birmingham

Appt scheduled for 130 almost 330 and still seen by noone

Had to go for disability exam. They overbooked, make you wait hours to be seen, stand around talking when ur clearly waiting at the window. It’s just absolutely ridiculous. And they don’t give u an option for where to get an exam done. Nope u have to go here. It’s a bullshit place

Anyone being sent for a drug test: They DONT do drug tests on Mondays anymore. Tuesday thru Friday from 9am-2pm only.

Was there this morning…. From the lobby I heard the workers saying she hated her job, and that she’s a bitter woman. Nice way to carry yourself as the face of the business. Second, I get brought back into the drug screening room with someone who had ZERO “bedside manners” and clearly hated the fact that she was there, never once looked at me and was halfway down the hall before I even left the waiting room. There was no blue dye in the toilet, zero professionalism whatsoever, and the fast robotic orders from the person just felt ridiculous. If you hate your job, quit. To the owner? Shame on you for allowing your business to operate this way.
