Helpful for addressing family dynamics and reframing thoughts, but ineffective for fawn trauma response symptoms. Often unorganized regarding paperwork, chronically late to appointments, consistently subtly dismissive, and faith-based without my knowledge. I saw Jocelyn for almost 7 years and I did not feel like a priority for the last 4 years. Editing to add, Jocelyn has refused to comply with HIPAA laws and has not given me my medical records even tho I requested them from her March 2025 and it is now September 2025.
Jocelyn was my last therapist after a 6 year journey of frequent therapy. Overcame a lot of mental cycles that kept me stuck and at risk of my well-being. Her insight and tools continue to help me become more self-aware, express myself, and live freely.
I know this is only the second review but I’ve been in therapy off and on for 12 years and I honestly found the best counselor for me here. The environment is very comfortable and private.
