I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. I had an appointment at 1130am. When I got there, I was informed that the person I would be meeting with was unable to make it into work due to the road conditions. Initially I was told “I left you a message that she was out”. (I never received a call or message). Then she took me into her office to reschedule the appointment. While we were there I questioned again about her calling me to cancel the appointment. I was then told “it was someone else. Someone that works from home.” I asked about if they left a voicemail and she said “they said they did.” I confirmed the correct phone number on file. It’s upsetting that the story changed about me receiving a call and who placed the call. It’s more upsetting that on a day when school was cancelled due to road conditions, it was acceptable for me to drive from one end of Mandan to one end of Bismarck just to be gaslit by staff. Accountability of “I’m sorry, it’s been really busy and we forgot to call.” woukd have me coming back and not writing a bad review. Customer service matters.

The Kids Therapy Center is a cutting edge holistic Mental health Clinic. My three children have all benefited from their services. Counseling, genetic testing, supplements, and the food for mood class are a few of the services we have used with terrific satisfaction and I would strongly recommend.

The expertise of Valerie and her team extends to child abuse, with court testimony capabilities. Their commitment to providing great services deserves gratitude and recognition. I have never been to The Kid's Therapy Center as I don't have any children. However I have referred many many people. I know the owner very well, Val Meyers. She is an amazing and very knowledgeable in all aspects of her business. I will continue to refer people to this business. Thank you Val for all you do :)
