The Learning Tree ABA Therapy

If you hire this company, make sure you get a detailed explanation of charges. They were not consistent to the agreed schedule (constantly cancelling on us) but WILL charge you for the time. They also submit claims 6 months after the service. Maybe so you don’t catch that they bill for svc’s you/your child didn’t get. They do not work as a team so a lot of mis-communication. We got different feedback from different people causing confusion. Make sure the person that comes to your house has some form of education related to the services you’re requesting. Our BcBA had to keep making phone calls to someone else within the company. Everyone starts somewhere but it took a lot of the time we actually did get away from my child. It was very little services given for thousands to pay. And finding out months and months later “oh here’s your bill” “and by the way, it’s due in 2 weeks”Just not worth it! Save your time and energy!

From the very beginning, the Fromowitzes were exceptionally attentive. They made sure that the playground from WheeSR was perfectly suited to each child's needs, covering everything from fun and engagement to the utmost safety. It's truly been a pleasure to work with them; their pleasant demeanor and positive energy are always appreciated.

It has truly been a pleasure working with The Learning Tree ABA services. Their owners are part of the team and everyone including Admin Staff, BCBA's, RBT's, and everyone else really cares about the kids. They are collaborative, professional, and caring. We highly recommend them, especially for their center based services which do a great job of providing preschool or kindergarten readiness in a warm, caring environment.

I was hopeful when starting services with The Learning Tree ABA, especially after seeing so many glowing reviews. While I did have a positive experience with our case worker and BCBA—both of whom were professional and supportive—unfortunately, two of the three RBTs assigned to us did not seem adequately qualified for their roles. This greatly impacted the quality and consistency of care my family received. I truly hope that The Learning Tree ABA continues to grow and succeed, but I also hope they take a more in-depth approach to vetting and training their RBTs. Every family deserves the high level of care that the company aims to provide, and no one should have to face the challenges we did.

Learning Tree ABA is an extremely high quality ABA company. They are very dedicated to making sure children and families have the best experience possible. They take any concerns very seriously and communicate very promptly to make sure everything is going well.
