This used to be a fantastic center that helped my son so much. However, over the last year the quality has declined significantly. Between scheduling changes with very little notice, dropping of RBTs with no notice and discontinuing services despite parent objection due to behaviors escalating with the reduction in hours, the center no longer cares about what is best for your child and only what is easiest on the schedulers. The BCBA rarely shows up in person and makes decisions based on sporadic telehealth calls rather than providing in person training and adjustment to treatment plan. If you want all of your child's hard works goes to waste because the center decides they are done with you then this is your place. If you want somewhere that will continue to work toward your child's success I'd stay far far away.

they use to be good Was my daughter I’ve been with them over five years not anymore they are short off staff the kick my daughter out of the program she haven’t have rbt coming over a year and my twins they make me remove them from other aba center the said they have spot for my kiddos after i did all and they put me on the waiting list over a year my kiddos don’t have a therapy since they just turning six And then they still nonverbal thanks to Lovass Center Ruins my twins future didn’t recommend for anyone

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Lovaas Center and their staff. My experience with them over the last few years has been exceptional. They helped my kiddo with special needs in all aspects of his life; to include daily living skills, academics, promoting more social skills at home with his siblings as well as in the community and in school. The amount of progress my son has made is because of the community -made up of my friends and immediate family, as well as the ‘family’ I have made at the Lovaas Center. As a parent of someone with special needs and a former RBT myself, I understand the challenges of building a phenomenal team to help care for your loved ones. I was lucky enough to have the same team working with my son the entire time he received services and was very happy with treatment programs they offered and the progress he made. I am my sons biggest advocate and was very involved in his care. I would definitely recommend the Lovaas Center if you are considering ABA for your loved one.

For the price paid, many therapists are brand spanking new with little to no experience. Company’s interests are not in the needs of your child but I. The needs of their own pocketbook. It’s unfortunate the child is not put first and when approached by the parents you’ll find the office managers to be completely delusional in their belief of being the ‘only way’ to help your child. What a disservice to our amazing special kiddos.
