Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Mind and body have great therapist and psychiatrist. My therapist I trust on my first session with her and I’m more then comfortable to talk to her about anything
Amanda is an amazing therapist to see. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly HELPFUL! The resources and support she is able to provide has been so helpful and she has the ability to help one create real change in their life. The passion and care that she shows is refreshing. I always have a great experience here and front desk staff are always so kind to me!
I came to this office with hesitation, but I'm having a great experience with the entire office & it's been most helpful...
We've had nothing but a good experience here. Front desk has been kind and helpful. Good communication and patient with me trying to figure out schedule that works. In the months that we've been going, not once have I been asked to reschedule an appointment for shown up and no one was there. Mrs. Amanda has been wonderful with my 2 children (11 and 9 years old). During intake she asked all the questions in a sensitive way so I could give information without oversharing with my children if I didn't want to. She didn't speak at them, she spoke with them and her overall communication with us has gone very well. I think there is a certain energy or vibe that you have to have to be helpful and we found that here.
I have professional and personal experience with the Mind and Body Consortium. Their clinical and administrative staff are generally insightful, helpful, and flexible. I saw Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Cindy Cunningham. She is exceptionally skilled, up-to-date on the latest research, and accessible while maintaining professional boundaries. I am grateful to have had her support during a difficult time; she helped me tremendously.
Showing up for appointments and NO ONE being there is becoming a regular occurrence. Then they say hey let’s do a tele health call instead… um how about you get someone there when they are supposed to be there or just schedule the phone call from the get go
Horrible customer service. I hope you don’t need serious mental help because they could care less. I waited 2 weeks to receive a call back to schedule. Finally got scheduled only for them to not come through with my virtual appointment. I called them twice half hour before the appointment spoke to them telling them i never received the link and then they marked me down as a no show. Then they wouldn’t even reschedule me for their mishap no sorry or anything just sent me to a voicemail.
