I eventually learned to love this class. You have to embrace it. I had very low expectations at first and was even angry at being ordered to take this class. We dealt with all of it. This has not only helped me personally but it’s impacted my career and changed how I deal with all interactions and challenges. I have the deepest respect and admiration for my instructor and this program. It has truly changed me for the better and I’m confident anyone who puts in the work will see similar success.
She was amazing. She help explain the parenting co parenting process excellently. She even tried to reach out to my ex to help benefit our children. Provided me with all the appropriate resources and documentation we needed for court.
My situation was extremely abnormal and she tackled it head on. She went above and beyond to make sure that the end goal was met.
A total waste of time and money!! LaShonda is not suitable to be a counselor when she is in the middle of her third divorce. I don’t think she should be counseling anyone when she don’t know what to do with her own kids. She lied to me while the whole time tried to pretend to be a Christian woman.. She told me on several occasions that she was going to suggest 50-50 custody for me and my ex-wife and when I got the papers she put in there that she suggested that the ex-wife have so custody of our children. She talked about herself and her problems more than she tried to counsel me and my family and it’s time I wish I had back and money. I wish I hadn’t of wasted..
The co parenting course I attended instructed by Miss LaShonda Mathis was very professional and most importantly personal. Upon meeting Miss Mathis I could tell she is a very empathetic, intelligent, and wise individual. I have not attended her other services but her approachability and wealth of experience on her subjects, would make her my first choice for them as well. If you are considering an instructor or specialist who is both genuine and knowledgeable of the areas she specializes in, I would highly recommend her.
