Edit: I was told to come up to 3001 Armand connector to fill out paperwork in person. I was not given a link or QR code to fill anything out digitally. No one is answering the phone today and it is within working hours Submitted paperwork for my child in April and never heard back from them. 3 months later, I'm hearing from our doctor they've been "trying to contact me" but I obviously hadn't received any calls. Then they tell my doctors (and not me for some reason) that I need to come in and fill out paperwork again. I assume they lost it. Call them yesterday and see what the issue is but they said they'd have to call me back. Never received that call back from them. If this is a reflection of how they provide care for children, it might be best to get help elsewhere
This is one of the friends places to bring you baby's. They are so nice and sweet here my daughter just loves her class.

I have waited 5 years for my son to be seen. I received a phone call last week stating it was time to schedule an evaluation. Guess what? They will give you excuse after excuse when you call back numerous times and then put someone else in your sons spot! This is absolutely insane.
