Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Absolutely does not care about kids and the medicine they need. Video chats with doctors instead of in person appointments. No grace period at all if you are late, they reschedule and do not care how long a child goes without medicine.
The therapists showed up to appointments late and the staff were not very helpful. Do not recommend
My family has been giving this place a chance for over a year. I have been disappointed from day one but continued to give chances. The therapists can be nice but then they can be rude. If a person checks in on time but the therapist doesn’t get the info then the blame is on the patient. In school visits hardly ever happen with school age kids. There is always an excuse. Some excuses can be forgiven but not all.
I tried calling, I heard them pick up the phone and hang it up twice .
Extremely high turnover rate makes it difficult for patient to build a rapport with counselor/case manager. Since the new practice manager has taken over the last few months have been horrible. He called me to do a "Quality Assurance" check on one of the counselors and one of the case managers. He asked literally 2 questions about the counselor and then interrogated me the rest of the 30 min phone call about the case manager that had been with my family for 2 years and literally saved my daughter’s life, then not long after this phone call she was gone. I would consider her a major loss not only to my family but also to this company. When he called me the second time because I had notified them that I wasn't going to utilize the case management services for possibly 3 of my children I told him how I felt about him interrogating me the first phone call and about this case manager being gone and he told me that this is a business, which it true to him, but to me this is my child's LIFE. Also, while on the phone (not sure if it was the first or second call) I felt like he continuously tried to get me to say something bad about this case manager until I finally told him that if that was his goal it wasn't going to happen because she was the only person my daughter trusted in the most difficult time of her life thus far. I am not one bit pleased with the current management because I don't feel that he has the patient’s best interest at heart he only looks at the practice from the money/business aspect. I also informed him that if my daughters current counselor ends up not employed there any longer that I will pull my 5 children from their practice and find services elsewhere.
Do NOT take your kids here. We have had nothing but issues since we started going here. They have changed my child’s therapist 3 times after she gets to know them well enough that she’s comfortable with them. She just got a new therapist and had me email a consent form for her to see my child at the school. She told me she received it and would see my child the next week and a month past and my child still hadn’t seen her. I tried emailing, texting, and calling the therapist and she would not respond. Now I have received a letter in the mail that states they are discontinuing services with my child because she didn’t receive my signed consent form.
They will put your child through multiple therapists and case managers all of which seem to only be there to get a check an not to help or care for your child. As soon as your child bonds with a therapist they leave or switch them to a new one. They constantly tell you their case load is too high.
