Didn’t even wait for teacher responses. Ignored childhood information. Dismissive. Had to be reminded and called consistently to get updates. School didn’t even receive the information to fill out until we as parents called the school and made connections. Quick to send a bill though! Do not recommend for your child.

Fantastic doctor who listened and did all the proper testing we got answers so my kiddo could get help highly recommend went above and beyond!

Absolutely a waste of time. They managed to lose my child's referral, called me a liar on having scheduled the appointment, and sent me on my way basically insinuating that I'm wrong about everything. Refused to review the proof of everything and still insisted that I never made an appointment. Showed up on time to be told "we have 0 record of you" as another individual checked in at what was supposed to be our appointment time. They shouldn't be claiming no appointment was made when I have an AUDIO RECORDING proving the appt was made TWO MONTHS PRIOR to this appointment. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Will not be returning. Please save yourself the trouble. It's not worth it. For the record, we saw Dr rowan. Perhaps another Dr would have been better.

I called about scheduling an appointment and the person who answered was extremely rude and said they were closed even though their hours are listed as 9-6.

We went here to see if we can get a diagnoses 5 months sooner as his evaluation with an autism clinic was quite the wait. He needed more help at school which needed a diagnosis. Along with needing a diagnosis to start setting up his therapies as he was really having a tough time with everything. He wasn’t diagnosed with autism here and I was told it was because he didn’t have speech delays. And that he’s just “mentally immature.” Even his IEP staff at school was upset about the “diagnosis” and told me to go somewhere else for a 2nd opinion ASAP as they know he definitely has autism and they want to provide more help for him but can’t until we get a diagnosis. Even the psychologist for his IEP diagnosed him with autism, we just couldn’t use that as a medical diagnosis since it was for his IEP and not his medical chart. He was evaluated at an autism clinic and properly diagnosed with autism and is actually at a level 3 and needs quite a bit of help. HOW that can be brushed off only because he doesn’t have speech delays is baffling!! Not every individual with autism has speech delays. Do more research!!
