We are blessed to have The Riley Center in our city. The difference they have made in so many children’s lives is amazing. Thank you for all you do and for caring for all of our children.

Update: don’t bother with these people; theyre rude, they’re of no hurry or concern to help you or your child, they’ll put you on their endless waitlist for eternity and never follow up (we’ve been here since 2020 and on their waitlist since then, and have never heard from them. We called recently and the rude front desk person was like “yeah I’m not surprised I’ve been here 3 years and it’s barely moved (waitlist)” and they don’t take United Healthcare. Don’t waste your time here. If you’re desperate, check with your local school district if they have preschool and you should hopefully be able to get resources such as ABA, speech and Occupational Therapy through the school! Don’t waste your money or time here because they don’t care here. Called to get info for care for my diagnosed autistic son and was told someone would return our call, it’s been two days and i and my husband have called them multiple times and no one ever answers the phone?

Called to try to get my daughter care after she was diagnosed with autism. The office manager refused to bill my insurance (CHAMP VA FOR 100% DISABLED VETERANS AND FAMILIES). Told me I could self pay but my insurance was "too difficult to bill". I had previously talked to my insurance company and they said they will pay for ALL the treatment she needed no questions asked. I think its sick of this office to deny children who need help the hel0 they need based on how hard it is to bill their insurance company. You shouldn't be in this line of work.

The staff at The Riley Center were absolutely AMAZING.. Patient, courteous, clean, and friendly! Dr. Autumn was amazing with my little one, and gave us the tools to begin better supporting her. Very happy with, and will recommend, them to anyone.
