Customer service isn’t so great. Tried to get in touch with the company on 8/8/24 in regards to an order that I placed …..via phone… no answer and via email no response.
I don't know this organization but I have met the owner and he truly is a kind and generous human being. The space he runs for the Spectrum Group is amazing and gorgeous. Due to not great circumstances prior to coming here, many of our kids have been displaced and this space was discovered by one of our parents and it has been a dream ever since. All I can say is that if what I've been seeing over the past week is reflected within the Spectrum Empowerment Group, then it is operated by a truly amazing group of people!
