I love it how much this place works so hard for kids to get their strength and therapy to I just love how much they work and they deserve a five star

My daughter has been going here for years, they’ve helped her grow in each of the therapies that she receives and wouldn’t have made as much progress without them. Each one of her therapists has made a special connection with her. I would definitely recommend this place.

The therapists at SPOT are very involved and onboard, as well as having a very personal connection. The kids get excited to see their favorite people every time! Would highly recommend.

My child has been receiving services at The Spot for Kids for a little over three years now. While we had an absolutely amazing SLP, their billing department is absolutely terrible, can’t keep anything straight and does not communicate when and what they’re charging for. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, and each time I’ve had to contact their main billing lady to get things straightened out, I’ve received the least apologetic customer service from her for the issues they’ve caused. If we didn’t love our SLP as much as we do, we would have left a long time ago. However, if I had to do it again, I wouldn’t put up with the mess and effort of having to stay on top of them to make sure they billed us correctly. We’ve been told they’ve had issues with their billing staffing and procedures for over a year, but I’ve never encountered an office that has failed to address and remedy these issues for as long as they have.

The therapists and support staff have been amazing with our family. My niece has 3 therapists and they all are so great with her, even when she's having a difficult day. Thank you

I’ve had so much anxiety since my sons referral was sent out to occupational & speech therapy. Amanda (I’m assuming she is the receptionist/appt setter) reached out to me first thing this morning letting me know the referral for my son was received! She was so kind & did her best to ease my anxiety (reassuring me that the therapists are very good at what they do) & I am so grateful that she did! I actually went from feeling nervous to looking forward to my appointment for my 2 year old so I can meet the staff! I had my mind made up that if the receptionist that called me wasn’t polite and reassuring I would probably be looking for somewhere else. I know we are early in the process, but I do believe we will be a part of this family at the spot for kids! Once again, Thankyou Amanda. You don’t realize how much better you made me feel!
