I worked for this company for 3 months and they fired me with no warning and no cause. They lack support, communication and don’t value you as a worker. And if you are ever sick , they only give you one day off and don’t care about your mental or physical health. I was a good worker and actually did my job right and was consistent.

They hired me part time, I was given a huge list of stuff to complete. They gave me full time hours worth of work to complete before I even left my last job...I completed them by Sunday, day of deadline, even after stating I had my other job to finish out. That following week I had more stuff to do and nothing was clearly labeled, the other new hire was also struggling with the same thing issues and was often 10-15 minutes late on the live trainings. I was given more training and more things added this week that went beyond part-time hours. I did my best to get everything completed, which I had everything completed except two things, both of which I could have completed by end of business day if given the opportunity. I recieved a phone call stating that I was being terminated and I was not going to be paid my "full rate" but some of the stipend for the trainings I did complete. I was told they did feel like I would be a good fit considering I was not able to complete everything, still with hours before the deadline. I asked what the main reasons were outside of that and was told that the choice was made and that was outside of my control. I feel frustrated because I was not given an opportunity to show what I can offer. I was not given a fair and equal opportunity to meet the deadlines in a fair time, considering my role was part-time and I was completing full-time expectations. This company set me up for failure and I am wondering if this is a SCAM company at this point. First and foremost, there was little to no guidance, they start you the moment you sign your contract, and they have expectations that are not fair or in line with the contract. They also promised me $34/hour but was only going go compensate me for $500 and with the amount of hours that I has put into training, that equated to $10-12 an hour. They were not upfront or honest with their hiring agreement or understanding. This company claims their focus is the children and the needs for mental health of the child but I am doubting that considering that they do not currently have a counselor in those schools and just terminated me before giving me a fair chance to begin. I wouldnt reccomend this company to anyone and beware!
