Dr fleeman, all nurses, tori, and Nicole were so awesome. I've never been treated with such respect and professionalism. If you have back issues like I do, this is the place.

Definitely got a lot better since they got rid of one of the front desk lady that never answered her phone or never called anyone back, an amazing place

Surgeons and staff are wonderful. Problem is scheduling staff. I don’t appreciate her attitude and then giving me a diff story each of the 5 times I called over the last month. and not offering any halo or solution. Customer service is no more. Patient needs to make all the calls and then call back to see if she got it.

Worst facility begins at the front desk to most all the staff appears no one knows what is going on with the patient, no follow up, patient is the one doing the calling and then still no follow through and being lied to in regards to a referral being made. And then the billing is not patient friendly each visit is a new account number and not explained on initial visits. The amount for the services are way over priced for the care that is received. I will most definitely sway people away from this facility and inspired spine.

Our surgeon was amazing. The staff was good. Major complaint is if you plan to stay with the person having surgery, there is NO way you can even sit comfortably. There are chairs that fold out to cots in the larger rooms but no one told us or offered to get one from an empty room. It was a horrible night.

I would give them zero Stars if that was a possibility. My grandson who is 3 years old broke his leg. When they took the cast off he had a burn line down his leg because he went too fast and they also took the cast off too soon. They had no braces for little kids. So now he has another appointment somewhere else so that he can get recasted for his broken leg. They need to learn how to read an x-ray. And also provide braces for little kids.
