My son received Speech and Occupational Therapy at Talcott Center, and we saw such positive growth thanks to the incredible support he received. I want to take this chance to express my gratitude to Catherine, his Speech Therapist, and Bridget, his Occupational Therapist, for their dedication, patience, and professionalism. We wish them continued success!

It’s been a little while since we moved to Connecticut, and I cannot be grateful enough to have found the Talcott Center for our child-who's our life,our world-. This center is truly exceptional, filled with compassionate, understanding people who care deeply about the families they support. The Therapists and their expertise are beyond exceptional, and we have been especially fortunate with the team working closely with my child. I also want to express my appreciation for the incredible management team-- Lena from scheduling, Maria, Caitlin-- every one from each department has been so sympathetic, supportive, flexible and understanding of our family’s needs. I cannot recommend this center highly enough. The Tallcott Center has been a blessing for us.

In the three short months our son has been attending, he has undergone a transformation that warms our hearts every single day. When he started with the center, our son was non-verbal. Maria does an amazing job at the front desk. Ms. Bridget and Ms. Kimber are amazing providers that have serviced our son! Our son has been attending Talcott since he was 3 and we appreciate all the support they have provided!

My daughter attended here for about 2.5 years and the help and care she received was phenomenal. From the time she first started to when she left to go to kindergarten, she has progressed so much and wouldn’t been possible without staff and program at talcott. If you’re looking for the best aba, OT, SPL, and PT for children with autism this is the place to go. The program itself is tailored and individualized for each child so every child moves at their own pace. Can’t say enough good things.

My son currently goes to the Talcott Center for speech and I can honestly say his speech has turned around in 3 sessions… I wish I could have started him earlier but I am grateful that he started. Hearing him say full sentences and phrases with ease has been the highlight of my weeks.

Nice center average specialized place to send a kid with special needs

Our experience at the Talcott Center for Child Development has been truly life-changing. My son began attending in May 2025 and in just a few months, we’ve seen incredible progress. From day one, the staff has been welcoming, compassionate, and deeply knowledgeable. They have not only supported my son’s growth, but they’ve also helped me as a parent feel less isolated and more empowered. One of the most meaningful aspects of our time here has been the way the team has helped reduce the stigma I once felt around my son’s autism diagnosis. Instead of focusing on what he struggles with, they celebrate his strengths and meet him exactly where he is. The therapists take the time to build genuine relationships, and it’s clear they care deeply about the children they work with. I’m so grateful we found the Talcott Center.
