Absolute scam of a therapy service. They would not confirm the credentials of the "psychoanalysis" therapist they connected me with. Most likely a certificate student but who will ever know?...It was the most expensive non-learning experience ever that lasted several months. Whomever handles their emails also loves to drop the ball. oof what an experience.
