I feel compelled to provide a negative review though I appreciate the services provided. We explored services for our son and were told they could not accommodate us because of space and demand. This is understandable, but the Waverly Group took our credit card information, charged us a small initial fee for an introductory service, stored our credit card information for 2 additional years and then proceeded to mix us up with another family that is getting services and charged our card $1400. Just amateur hour stuff that takes time to sort through and unnecessary calls to our bank. Do better !
