She utilizes IFS, EFT, CBT, and various other techniques in her treatment, and offers treatment to both individuals and couples. Anna has provided me with valuable insight and support, and is patient and sympathetic. I highly recommend working with her.
I have loved working with Anna! She is a skilled therapist who offers both virtual therapy and in-person sessions in Rockville. I’ve especially enjoyed working with her on IFS and mindfulness but she offers a lot of other modalities too, including work with couples. I highly recommend working with her!
As a therapist, I know Anna employs many modalities, but her work with me using Mindfulness, Emotion-focused therapy and Internal Family Systems were all immensely helpful in guiding me through some acute struggles. The flexibility of having both in-person sessions in Rockville and virtual therapy available is also really helpful. Anna is skilled, warm and responsive, and I highly recommend working with her.
