Miguel makes great effort in trying to make me heal fast. Brian and marcus are excellent in making sure i am doing the right things and make the clinic feel like a family! I really appreciate the effort. Matthew is good.

Filled out preauthorization request for medical records release at front desk and its been over 30 days and I have not gotten them. I called and left messages through portal voice mails and sent emails to medical records with no response. Pls have someone complete this request as soon as possible this is highly unprofessional
