Good luck trying to get them to answer their phones, never been to a PT where 9/10 of your calls aren’t answered.

The people running this place are a complete joke. The front desk told me I had to wait 2 weeks for my insurance to get authorized and approved, only to find out after calling my insurance that they never sent out the authorization to begin with. So over 2 weeks wasted due to incompetent workers. If your insurance is going to shell out thousands of dollars for months of physical therapy it’s best it goes to a facility that actually gives a shit about its patients.

I had an excellent experience at Theradynamics. All of the Pt were knowledgeable and truly cared about my recovery. The entire staff was friendly especially Zack & Charmaine. They made me feel welcome every time. Highly recommend!

this is one of the best therapeutic and occupational spots. The staff is excellent, professional, kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. Coming here is like you’re at home. i wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my therapy. I had knee replacement surgery and coming here have given me tremendous progress. #Harshita is the best!!! love love love her.

I came here in October with intense pain in my left ankle. It was surgical pain wirh CRPS which is a rare condition. I have been seen by Vibha, Charmaine, Chris and Harshita- all of them are extremely nice and professional. Zack is very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to all.

The first time I came in, I have to wait 2 hours before they can see me Its so crowded. Not a Good place to have your Physical Theraphy. Staff are terrible and rude. Place are Filty and smelly. So I decided that it’s my first and last time to Go to this place.When I asked For termination letter they want me to pick it up. They giving me a run a round. Why can’t just send it via mail or email?

All the staff are extremely helpful and kind people! Chris has helped me with my balance and all the exercises we did together has helped me to stand for longer hours and move quickly on my daily tasks! True love this place. They have great knowledge on what I should do and don’t do just yet. I’m happy this place was recommended to me. Amazing support teams and always hear your concerns first and won’t push you further if you cannot do so!

This location is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff (Gaby) is incredibly knowledgeable about the insurance approval process and the expected response times. I am currently receiving treatment for spinal stenosis with Chris in the mornings. He not only brings a charming and compassionate attitude but also provides well-structured routines and exercises, always explaining how the body functions and the impact of each exercise. He is attentive to cleanliness, wiping down the machines and even providing gloves when I need to use the exercise balls. During bedside care and stretching, Chris is very gentle and professional, which makes the sessions both effective and comfortable. I am also being treated for cervical radiculopathy with PJ, an expert in occupational therapy. PJ delivers excellent care with thoughtful routines and outstanding communication. He listens attentively to requests—I once asked him to include more neck massage with stretching, and I never had to repeat myself. He ensures that I understand every exercise movement and never gets frustrated if I ask for a repetition. The practice is equipped with all the necessary modern equipment, in addition to offering therapies with electrodes and compression stockings. Overall, this has been my best experience with physical and occupational therapy. I couldn’t be happier here! Thank you guys!!
