My son just got discharged in April of this year after a year of services with them. His ABA therapist was amazing and did really well with supporting him. If we had to cancel she understood especially if it was due to him being sick. Definitely will go back to them if he ever needs services again.

I love this group of amazing ppl who work by my side to make sure my child has all the tools she need to grow and learn!!! Thank you so much!

Therapeutic Alliance is a MONEY HUNGRY corporation!!!!! Stay away from them. They care more about billable hours than they do the children and families they provide "Therapy" to. They freak out if you cancel a session. People have lives, and they can cancel sessions as they very well please. Don't manipulate families into being 100% compliant with hours. THIS IS A NUMBERS GAME for them. They just want more and more billable hours. Their employee's training is mediocre at best. How do you have more reviews from employees than you do from customers? Looks like employees were told to leave positive reviews to offset their horrible rating. Do yourself a huge favor and look for service literally anywhere else.

I was unfortunate enough to get 21 year old Abby Killinger as my child’s first ABA worker. She appeared to be great at first, but then she completely backstabbed me and my child and us as a family. She made a false CPS report against us claiming that I gave my child food that was too hot. She also made up a lie that I was mistaking my medication all because she overheard me say that I take sleeping medication. Watch out and be very careful if you are unfortunate enough to get this young girl as your child’s worker.

Everyone I've encountered has been so passionate about helping people and making the lives of others easier. It is amazing to see how much support and how much care goes into every case. I cannot stress enough how wonderful working here has been and how it has fulfilled me personally. Leadership is amazing and understanding and the compassion the team members have for each other and our clients is inspiring.
