Megan is an outstanding physical therapist. She is incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and consistently positive and professional. She truly goes above and beyond to help her patients feel better not only physically, but emotionally as well. Megan always greets you with a smile and provides constant encouragement, even on the most challenging days. She takes the time to explain exercises clearly and motivates you to do your homework so the treatment continues to be effective outside of each session. Despite the pain that can come with physical therapy, Megan’s personality and genuine care make every session feel welcoming and worthwhile. She makes you want to keep coming back because you know you are in great hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and compassionate PT.

Therapeutic Associates of Maui is a wonderful Physical Therapy clinic. My experience with the staff was very friendly and they were all very knowledgeable. Lee helped me with both neck and back pain. He guided me and led with a lifestyle approach that teaches us how to help correct posture. I am so thankful and would recommend this clinic to anyone on Maui who is having pain or suffering from injury!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Lee Poston and his staff here. I had a few friends recommend therapeutic associates because i have had on and off shoulder pain for as long as i can remember but this time, it's been constant pain since may. After having one MRI done on my shoulder and finding out there could be a "possible" tear, i tried doing the PT on my own but it obviously wasn't working. That's when i decided to give real PT a try and i am SOOOO glad i did. Lee has made my shoulder feel the best it has in months. Altho i felt i was doing better, he knew something else was wrong there and asked my orthopedic dr to take another look at the MRI because he felt like i wasn't progressing. Thank God for that because i had another MRI done and found out that i have TWO tears. Which is why i was not progressing to Lee's standards. Now that we know what's going on, we can progress from there. I plan to have surgery done and look forward to going back to PT with Lee once that's done with. Under his care, I know i will be good as NEW in no time!!!

I have never had a therapist who was so holistic in their approach. Lee Poston is the absolute best. He worked with me to recover from some hip surgery; but he also ensured that I could be as fit and pain free as possible. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Really poor customer service. They have a website where you can communicate by email but it's never answered. Calls by phone are not returned. I requested copies of the exercises but i never got even a response let alone the copies. My PT said to contact him if any questions but when i did i got ghosted. Then i had an emergency and gave appropriate notice to cancel my appointment and when i called to reschedule all of a sudden they no longer could fit me in. I really had hope for the first time someone could treat my chronic pain but i got blown off. Very disappointing. I had one very disturbing session with these people ( a different PT) years ago and never went back until my PCP highly recommended this one PT who seemed competent but I'm being blocked from the professional treatment i was hoping for.

I can’t recommend Dr. Lee Poston enough! After dealing with back problems for three years, he really helped me recover before and after my surgery. I’m now healed and feel great about working out and doing all the things my body is meant to do. I’m super thankful for all his help and the stretches I learned to keep my back healthy for life. Plus, everyone at Therapy Associates is really nice! I always enjoyed coming to my weekly sessions. Gonna miss u guys!

Lee and his staff are awesome! You’ve just gotta be willing to do your homework… And I’m convinced he can cure virtually any pain or ache that you have.
