Im changing my review on this place I was extremely mad at this place but I do think there are good people at this place working there and the councelor alan is really good and I can tell cares about what he does
It works if you work it. I transferred to MAT here after completing the CUPWS program at Swedish Ballard. The counselors and team here are supportive and thoughtful. A few made lasting impressions that I will forever be grateful for. Proud to say I have over 5 years of recovery, and almost 4 years off of MAT. Thank you, THS for helping me start my journey to becoming a thriving, driven, and respectable member of society.
Off methadone completely no thanks to this place. Was chained to this location for almost twelve years. Word to the wise: You’re nothing but a Medicare check to these folks and they want you on a leash to this end
The LPN’s that work here need to get their stuff together! There’s constantly long lines because they can’t manage to keep both windows open. It’s ridiculous. It’s not Charlie, he’s a great worker. But come on THS, there’s no reason for this! It didn’t use to be like this until you got new nurses.
I took my assessment in January. It's now mid March. Nothing has been done. Never return calls or emails. They don't care about you. It's a very unprofessional environment.
They are the best outpatient clinic you can go to. They are pretty fast with the lines. One day I was 5 minutes due to finding my friend deceased in his apartment and they still allowed me to dose which they rarely do for anyone
This place is awful. You are nothing but medicaid dollars to them. The couselors are not there to help you. They are like cops. Their job is to trick you into admitting something they can use against you, so they lie, gaslight, manipulate, pretend to be your advocate when they are nothing but control freaks like the medical staff. I got so paranoid of my counselors I learned to say nothing but the most basic details of my life and be prepared to lie if necessary. Because with one careless admission they'd pull your carries and turn your life upside down. It was like being interviewed by a cop on a fishing expedition once per month. My last counselor admitted he was taking multiple kinds of opioids himself and another one told me she was on Adderall. What a joke!
