Therapeutic Health Services - Eastside Branch

This place is outright terrible. Susan and the other lady at the dispensary don't seem to know what's supposed to be done and have to keep trying to get a hold of supervisors who is rarely ever reachable so you end up waiting for hours since they can't make up a decision by themselves. Why are they there if they can't handle minor issues/concerns or questions when it comes to medication. They outrightly treat you like you are worthless and don't care if you miss your doses as long as the supervisors don't step in. Stay away from this place. You'll be waiting on line for so long too because they have to keep consulting over phone with supervisors even when the line is so long that it goes outside the building.

This place saved my life. All the staff is kind, professional, and strives to help without any judgement.

I don't know whose brilliant idea it was to merge Suboxone treatment with DUI evaluations, but please shut this place down ASAP. I came in to get a DUI assessment and left feeling like I was lumped in with the pock faced zombies roaming the parking lot.

I honestly don't know why the rating for this treatment center is low, I have been to evergreen and nwih and this place doses you the quickest. And the staff is friendly, there's no judgment. It's a clean clinic, for all that I'd give it 5 stars based on my experience so far. It's definitely better than the other clinics I have been too. Hopefully their ratings will goo up.

Gosh, where do I start lol. I contact them about an issue, turns out they weren't able to "help" me but they indeed helped me sooooo much! I spoke to a lady named Krystal. She was so empathetic, compassionate, thorough, professional, knowledgeable and polite. I was so impressed. The level of care was top tier. Even though they couldn't help me with my main concern, she reiterated that they had no issue with being a beacon for some sound advice and resources to help me on my journey of finding what I needed. Thank you again THS of Bellevue.

If you’re doing the work and getting clean ua’s they are great! I’ve had a great experience with THS love the staff!!!!

If i could them 0 stars I would I have! I went to.THS for 2 years And had the most awful experience in my life true if truthfully. the staff are the most unprofessional and uncompassionate people I've ever met in my life .they should all be fired and rehire more professional, compassionate staff .. especially in this type of business where people's lives are on the line.. If I were you I would think twice before going there unless you want to be abused.

There should really be a zero stars option for places like this. Do not expect to be treated like a human being here. At least not after your first couple of weeks from when you are accepted into the program. Oh yeah, just a heads up, they leave out A LOT of vital information in your first orientation meeting. They simply despise addicts. Seemingly, it has become acceptable behavior within their entire staff as a unit, to mistreat their patients. I'm normally an extremely calm person. Those who know me best would tell you that it takes a whole lot to get me riled up. And if I do get upset enough to say something, I keep my comments to myself. Unless, I strongly believe that either myself or others are being, neglected, ignored, purposefully humiliated, laughed at, or receiving any other form of treatment that is unfair, cruel, or otherwise undeserved.
