Therapeutic Learning Center (Metairie)

Truly the best. My daughter attended the building blocks program and is now thriving in kindergarten. I can not recommend enough.

We used OT and ST with both Alex's. They were wonderful with my son. ST discharged him, and we continued to work with Alex G. for OT until last month with motor skills and food therapy. He also did the building blocks social skills program from April-July twice a week. My son just started pre k and is writing his name, coloring in the lines (mostly), eating different foods, and making friends easier. Absolutely recommend TLC. We love Alex G!

The therapists are very attending and patient with the children they work with. My child loved going to therapy.

Our Son had an amazing experience in the time he spent at TLC. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and helpful! We can’t express enough how much we appreciate TLC and everyone there!

I’d like to say this is probably the most accommodating, friendly facility in New Orleans. My child was always happy to come there and he was always welcomed. Staff is hardworking, professional, and knowledgeable, willing to work with family’s schedule. I’d highly recommend this center!

My child loves her weekly OT session at TLC. Ms. Amanda always makes working on her fine & gross motor skills fun and engaging. I have seen so much improvement since we started. My child also attendEd the Social Skills Class, which helped her tremendously. She now participates in class correctly, waiting her turn, speaking up and making eye contact. This class was a lifesaver of sorts. The office building is clean and colorful to engage the children. The staff are so welcoming and invested in your child’s growth. We love it here!
