Therapeutic Resources

I have only been with Therapeutic Resources for about 2 weeks but it has been an absolutely exceptional and enjoyable experience working with Caldra!! She is warm, authentic, friendly, and responsive! I'm actually in a bit of disbelief that I found such a gem because all of my previous experiences with my own job search and other agencies have often been long, depressing, and challenging. From my first phone call with her (and all follow-ups,) I felt heard and incredibly supported. Within the same day, she identified an opportunity that checked off all of my ideals. Also, this is a PERFECT agency for a new grad, seeing as I am one! Caldra answers my questions patiently and has assisted me with navigating my entrance into the OT field, for which I am beyond grateful! Five stars+!

I am a COTA. I worked with 2 other agencies before working with Therapeutic Resources beginning in March 2023. I’ve had a great experience working with their wonderful team. Their professionalism made my transition very pleasant and smooth. The director Seanan Carpino is very knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. She is always patient, responds quickly to questions, and provides excellent training and mentoring. The agency has a lot of cases to choose from so you can pick those that are most desirable based on your needs. They offer free training. I’ve already completed COTA, ABA, and ProviderSoft training. ProviderSoft is a very simple and efficient system for submitting session notes and payroll. It also speeds up the process so you get paid quickly and reliably. I would definitely recommend this agency to others! I updated my review after I worked with this agency in 1 and half years. 1. Seanan is the best leader in my entire 30 years career. She has charming of her leadership. Her supporting around of me when I need help. 2. All information updated very fast, so we can prepare of the change and go smooth (this I compared to another agency) 3. payroll on time and period is short (you can get pay after you submit notes in 2 weeks. That means this agency finance is running well) 4. Supervisors very supportive. The only thing is I cannot get more cases because it gone fast after you see on the text message, may be that have a lot therapists work with therapeutic Resouces. I still definitely recommend this agency to others!

So I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel this company deserves one. Callers, since starting with her have been nothing but supportive and always available when needed. She listens to my request as far as locations and what what I’m looking for exactly within a facility. She placed me where I must say, I’m very happy with and to be honest, throughout my time has been very supportive and feels more like a friend than someone I work for. Thank you again for your continued service and don’t see me looking anywhere else unless you’re involved. 😊

I have worked with Therapeutic Resources since 2014 and have always had an amazing experience. All my placements have been great. Caldra, the recruitment and therapy staffing director, is extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive to what my needs are and listens to what I would like from a placement. She has never disappointed me! Caldra will make you feel comfortable, part of a team, appreciated, and is always on your side. I highly recommend working with this agency!
