Excellent staff
I’ve been coming here for quite a while and I am so grateful I found this place. The ambiance is calming. It smells nice here. The therapist I have been seeing, is so nice and accommodating to my work schedule.
So this place is pretty good and close to home so the drive wasn't all that out of my way. The office is always clean (which is something I really appreciated) and the staff is super friendly. The person who manages the office and who takes payment (Joe) is sincere and extremely helpful when it came to my questions or concerns. Always called me on time to remind me of my appointments and since this whole COVID situation happened, allowed me to pay thru the phone. Now for the reason I am giving this place a 4 star rating instead of 5. So... My therapist out of nowhere stopped with the appointments! Like out of thin air! When I called Joe to see what appointments I have available, he told me none were scheduled! So I don't know what happened there. I would be lying and say that it didn't hurt me emotionally, but I'd be lying, it really hurt me. But nonetheless, I had to venture out and find a new therapist. (Yay!) But the experience overall was good. They do care for your well-being and for the most part, keeping appointments on track. But other than that, I am thankful for this place for taking me out of a dark place.
