We are so glad to have Rachna Kripalani as our service coordinator, she found just perfect specialists for our children! She took into account all our preferences for language, and kept looking for the professional, when there were no free specialists, and she finally found it! Also, it seems that she answers during 24/7, and she is always ready to help and to assist our family. She warns us when she has vaccinations or just day offs, which is so important and nice of her! Rachna is very caring, and she kept asking how was the first session with every specialist. I would definitely recommend her as the service coordinator, she does her job amazing!
