TheraPlay Spot Pediatric Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy

LOVE TheraPlay Spot! My son sees his OT, Katy, here and he is always looking forward to seeing her. So much patience and great communcation with both her and the office staff.

If I could leave this dumpster fire of a therapy place a zero review, I would do so. My son was in “therapy” services with this place for over a year and we saw absolutely no progress or improvement. The therapies I saw being used were useless and they did nothing but play for a half an hour. Now that he has moved onto an actual therapist, my son is thriving. He went from making absolutely no progress at this place to making leaps and bounds through services at his school. He is now in the general education classroom, can read, has full conversation conversations with people, participates on sports teams and participated in Cub Scouts. This would’ve never happened if we had continued to attending services at this place. If you do decide to engage in services with this place, make sure you watch your Bill like a hawk. Do not believe them if they say you do not owe anything. It is a lie. They allowed over six months of billing to pile up and even change the price of therapy sessions during this time without telling me. I was then left with over $1000 bill. Run don’t walk away from this place!!!!

My son has been going to TheraPlay spot for about 2 years now and we have had such a great experience. I believe his 3 therapists are truly the best in the game. He sees Madi for OT, Dakota for PT, and has started with Liv in speech this year, and I cannot say enough good things about these three ladies. They are extremely knowledgeable, flexible, creative, professional, and FUN. My son and I have both learned SO much from each of them and I could not be more grateful for all of the hard work they put in. I would recommend TheraPlay spot to anyone and everyone.

Both of my twins are seen by OT’s at TheraPlay spot and it has been so helpful. Everyone here is so warm and welcoming and it’s really just the most child-friendly space I’ve ever seen. Coming here is the favorite part of the week for all of us!

Ms Madi is fabulous and the office is amazing! If you are on the fence about where to choose, this is the one!

We've been very happy with TheraPlay! My sons' therapists, Madi and Sunny, as well as the office staff, are always super friendly and communicate well. Both therapists are clearly invested helping my boys reach their goals.

We absolutely love this place! My child (in speech and OT therapy) LOVES coming here- always asking days in advance when we go next! Mily and Rachel, front desk ladies, are exceptional to work with and communicate with me often and effectively (via phone, text, email). They are always so willing to help and give me resources for such things as a hair dresser for sensory kids or play therapy folks. We've also had a great experience with Barb, our speech/feeding therapist. She is so patient and kind with my son. Gilbert, his OT therapist is also amazing, full of energy to keep up with my kiddo and challenges him to excel! We really love this place...it's clean, decorated in a manner that makes you feel calm, there are some coloring activities in the lobby and a marble maze. The dark movie room is our fave to hang out. It's a nice, stress- free area!
