Christel Tarnow at the front office is absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. She is professional, organized, and incredibly efficient, all while maintaining a warm and friendly attitude. Christel handled everything smoothly and is always willing to answer questions or provide assistance with patience and clarity. It’s clear she truly cares about creating a positive experience for everyone. She’s clearly a huge asset to have, and her exceptional customer service does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this office!
The front office staff ( Christel T. ) is definitely the heart of the company, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming environment that made me feel valued. Her ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a smile and a "can-do" attitude is essential to the team's success and reputation I highly recommend this office ..
If you are looking for a therapy clinic that values its patients, look no further. The clinical care is excellent, but what really sets Therapy Achievements apart is their customer service. The front office team is consistently polite and attentive to every detail. They handle everything with a smile and make sure you feel like a person, not just a number on a chart. Five stars!
My therapist, Ryan, very courteous and professional. Conducted my session in a very thorough and professional manner. We accomplished our goals and he explained why we were doing certain things and explained the results of all testing. All goals were accomplished. Thanks Ryan.
Hi 🤗 My name is Kathleen Licci, this is my first ever review post. Dec 16th of last year I felt a lump in my right breast. I told my doctor only because I felt guilty for not getting my mammogram for 2 years. I felt I was too old…big mistake. Fast forward, Dec 26the I was having surgery! I’ve taken care of broken minds and broken bodies for 48 years. I’ve never been more surprised than being told I have cancer. A whirlwind of procedures, like one lady said “ we’re..poked, prodded, burned and cut” she was right. Then both my Drs suggested Therapeutic Achievements! The only I could picture was someone’s elbow and full body weight on my poor boob! Honestly when you go through cancer treatments you’re afraid of everything. Well I’m pleased to say, this has been my best experience on this journey. I want to thank TA and Morgan for healing me…I’m so thankful for her as she made me feel very comfortable. I’m a talker and she has graciously listened to me. Lol My boob feels the best it has in a year. All the staff are friendly and cheerful…when you’re not feeling your best you have a tendency to watch everything and everyone. You’re very sensitive to how people react around you and here at AT you can let your guard down and feel very comfortable. I didn’t mean to say so much but I’ve been so pleased with my care so I TY and my boob thanks you. Robin, TY for always being so pleasant, you give us the very first impression. Lol
Dismissive of patient complaints. Beware.
