TLC has been an absolute blessing for our family! We have been coming here for six months, and I cannot say enough good things about this practice. My daughter’s SLP, Maureen, is beyond amazing…her experience, dedication, and genuine care for my daughter go far beyond what I ever expected. She consistently goes above and beyond, even taking the time to research outside of our sessions to better understand my daughter’s complex diagnoses. It’s clear she has a true investment in her progress. Maureen is warm, kind, and compassionate, and my daughter looks forward to her speech therapy sessions twice a week. She always keeps sessions fresh and engaging with different activities tailored to my daughter’s needs. Her communication with me is also unparalleled…I always feel informed and confident about how to support my daughter’s progress at home. The owner, Lynn, is equally wonderful. She is so friendly and has been incredible with communication from day one. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt like family. My daughter has already made significant progress in these past six months, and while we know we still have a journey ahead, I feel such relief knowing she is receiving the absolute best care. Our daughter has struggled with her speech from an early age due to various reasons including a facial nerve palsy. Once graduating from birth to three we were recommended to start speech therapy and our pediatrician recommended TLC. Our daughter has now been seeing Maureen for over a year now and we've seen so much improvement in her ability to communicate. Maureen is so kind and patient with my very active toddler and makes speech therapy so fun for her. She comes up with activities that are tailored to what my daughter likes and really captures her attention for the entire 45 minutes (which is really a challenge as anyone with a toddler would know!). After every session she gives us practice sheets and tips on what to work on at home which has been very helpful. In addition she keeps in contact with her school speech therapist to make sure they work together on addressing my daughter's needs so everyone is on the same page. TLC has given my daughter the gift of communication and me the confidence and tools to help her work through her speech issues. I truly am so grateful to have them in our lives and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Lynn has given our son the gift of communication. Her expertise along with her passion, warmth, empathy, and fun makes her the very best there is. Our son's ability to communicate using his AAC device has grown exponentially because of her. And she has taught my husband and myself how to best support him as well. We are forever grateful for her.
Sarah is an exceptional SLP and has gone above and beyond to support my son. She is communicative, nurturing and routined. I cannot begin to express how thankful we are for Ms. Sarah as she has truly become my son's person! We have been with TLC for well over 5 years and he is still always excited to go and work with her. Sarah is able to differentiate speech and language supports to keep the sessions fun and exciting. She has been a tremendous support for our family over the years, and much of our son's success is because of her!
Lynn has been amazing over the past few years. Our son loves going to see her each week and he has made so much progress! Aside from being so helpful to our son, she has helped us navigate getting additional services through the school system and has served as an advocate for him in that process. We are so happy that we found TLC.
Lynn has truly been a game changer for my son Drew and our family. Drew has autism and is still nonverbal at 9 years old. Lynn and TLC have treated Drew since he left birth to three. Lynn has helped Drew find his voice using his AAC device. She makes Drew’s treatment fun, and she is constantly programming to help Drew navigate his world with more success. Lynn is a tireless champion for anything Drew needs. He is using his device to communicate at home and at school. Drew has been able to make tremendous progress because of the constant support and Lynn’s ability to meet Drew where he is at. We are forever grateful.
