Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
I had high hopes for Therapy Junction however I’m still waiting on a response from 5/19. Original contact request was a couple weeks prior. Poor front of the house. I’m sure the therapists are great however when I have to repeat information 3 times, clarify they even know which referral their speaking with and then they still get the times wrong and or the name of my child. Who has time for this? Completely unprofessional and over sharing about personal information. I had grace until I didn’t. Waste of time. Booked with Sora and had a consultation booked within three days.
I cannot say enough great things about this Therapy Center! Clean, organized, inviting rooms, and so family-friendly. We’ve been to a lot of therapies over the years, and no where else have I felt comfortable and welcomed to bring a younger sibling. We travel over an hour weekly for my son to receive the best individualized care here at Therapy Junction, and I have no regrets. He’s grown so much in his abilities and confidence through aqua therapy alone- both speech and OT services- but the therapists here are also highly trained in MNRI as well (Jen is simply the best and treats these kiddos like her own family). This center cares for the whole child and their future well-being and isn’t just focused on providing a service. It’s amazing well-rounded care!
Professional, compassionate and patient! Our experience with speech and OT have been nothing short of amazing. Their tailored approach and encouragement have truly made a positive impact on my child’s development. She even asks to go! I’m incredibly grateful for the support and progress we’ve made here!
Discovering Therapy Junction and its therapists, was a huge turning point in my family’s life. Im so grateful for the relationships that my son, who has autism, formed, as well as the friendships that I built there. My son had received speech therapy for years, but it wasn't until I started taking him to Therapy Junction for speech, that I learned about MNRI and occupational therapy and just how much those practices could enrich his life. He started working with the owner, Jennifer. They have an amazing relationship. It’s hard to trust a stranger with your child, especially when they're almost completely nonverbal, but it was clear that my son felt safe and understood (things that don't come easily to him) with her. He’s grown leaps and bounds through working with Jennifer. She even taught him how to swim in the pool there—something I wasnt even sure he was capable of doing, given his (former) fear of deep water. I can honestly say that Therapy Junction is a place where we’ve never felt judged, have always felt welcome and always leave feeling better than when we arrived. I will be forever grateful, for all of the ways, even on tiresome, trying days, that the people at TJ have changed my son’s and my family’s life, for the better. Thank you❤️
My son has been doing therapy at Therapy Junction since Feb. 2019 in speech, occupational therapy, and MNRI. He has been to other clinics over the years for his challenges and we've had both positive and negative experiences with therapists at those clinics, but often with a sense that he is "just another client" to get through the hour and that the therapy approach was rather "cookie cutter," not individualized. The difference with Therapy Junction is that when my son walks in he feels like he is part of a community who cares about him. Because the clinic is smaller, he knows more than just the therapists who work with him and the entire staff makes him feel welcome. At Therapy Junction they individualize my son's sessions to meet his unique needs. They have therapists who are well-versed in several areas of specialization and they also offer aquatic therapy options. For my son, several times therapists have paired up (i.e. speech therapist with occupational therapist) to make his sessions more effective. The owner is his MNRI therapist and she is also highly engaged in his other therapies - making sure his needs are met, communicating with his other therapists about his MNRI sessions to make sure they coordinate care, and checking in with me. When we have had to change therapists due to a change in our schedule (summer schedule to school schedule), the owner always makes sure the transition is seamless by having his current therapist communicate with his new therapist (and me) and often they will do a transition session together so that my son feels completely comfortable with his new therapist so that they can just start up where his former therapist left off. When my son graduated from speech therapy it was bittersweet - so grateful he had met his therapy goals, but we both really miss seeing his speech therapist every week. The therapists do a good job communicating with parents after each session, but if a parent is like me and not the one able to transport him to and from every time, the therapists have all been more than willing to carve out time for me to have periodic phone or zoom conversations to discuss his progress and any questions that I might have. Overall, our experience at Therapy Junction has been incredibly positive. I have recommended the clinic and their therapists to several families with special needs kiddos because I know they will get the care that they deserve!
Can’t say enough good things about Therapy Junction, especially the owner Jennifer! Being a special needs mom herself, Jennifer was patient, kind and loving towards my little pumpkin. As a parent, the most important thing for me is my child’s safety. My kiddo was in fight or flight the majority of his toddler years and Jennifer was the only one who could connect with him. Experiencing the connection they made gave me comfort that he was in great hands and I could see the difference she was making in his life! I was confident that my son was physically and emotionally safe with Jennifer and Therapy Junction. They were the resource that I needed to help me understand my child’s sensory needs and help me open his world to new things. Jennifer is reliable, energetic, knowledgeable and has integrity which is difficult to find these days. Jennifer is an out of box thinker and advocate for children with special needs and will collaborate with any other professional or family to help the children she works with. Thank you for helping my little guy through some of his toughest days Jennifer!
