I find it very disheartening that I have too write such a horrible review. However, my hopes is that other mental health professional will read this and second guess their decision to hire someone who claims to specialize in practice practice websites for therapist, most of which have no knowledge of websites designs and all of its complexity, only to be then have their time and money wasted. I hired Heather to build my practice after much research. However, I discovered three months after my website was lunched that there were several errors with the website resulting in me loosing business. I had a trusted IT person discover the issues within 15 minutes of looking into the problem with my website and they discovered not one, but several very simple errors that should never had been made from some creates and builds website for a living. I had to hire someone else to correct the issue and spend more time and money.

Heather was super helpful to work with. As a new business owner, there was alot for me to learn and do. Heather was very patient and was very knowledgable about marketing for mental health. She walked me through the process as we created my website. I'm very happy with the finished product and definitely would refer her to other therapists I know.
