The staff are experienced, always welcoming, and truly care about the children they serve. In passing, I have also noticed other kids light up when they meet with the different staff.

We have been so blessed to have Melissa as our son's occupational therapist! She is patient, creative, intelligent, funny, respectful, and trustworthy. She has been able to progress his goals and independence. Thank you Melissa and Therapy Matters, we are lucky to have you!!

The management is a hot mess. I do not work there, but I am a parent of a child who has ABA therapy and occupational therapy with this company. My son's therapies ended within the past two weeks. I have found the ABA department to be a revolving door of therapists and supervisors. There was poor communication and lack of leadership starting with the CEO, Jonathan. I used to truly admire my son's occupational therapist, then she started making remarks in front of my children that were bigotry in it's ugly form! I tried contacting the therapist's supervisor by calling and leaving a message with the receptionist and I made another call to, John in the human resources department. Each time I told them why I was calling and wanted to let them know what was going on during therapy sessions and how it was NOT okay. I never heard back. I told the occupational therapist myself, she was not welcome in my home again. I know Jonathan will be quick to write a response the reads something like...."We only have positive reviews." Here is my reply... Deal with the racist you have as a therapist in your company. It does not matter that she is really good at her job. She was working IN MY HOME and opened her mouth and spewed racial remarks about a fellow employee who is African American and made bigoted remarks about my family members who are Native American. Therapy Matters should have dealt with it and contacted me about both incidents. Obviously I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am thrilled to be a part of the wonderful team at Therapy Matters Inc. from the moment I walked into my first day my desk was prepared with materials and a thoughtful note welcoming me to the Company. The Administration and Supervisors are exceptional and always supportive. Furthermore, hard work and dedication get recognized with opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities. I LOVE being a part of this TEAM!

I worked at Therapy Matters for nearly a year. This is one of the best companies I have worked for! I definitely felt appreciated, supported, and was acknowledged for the work I was doing. As a therapist, that really meant a lot. Anytime I had a concern or question, someone from the admin team would get back to me in a timely manner. Team meetings were productive and gave me an opportunity to meet other therapists and share ideas. I worked with amazing clients and families and could actually focus on providing therapy instead of focusing on all the other administrative tasks. I’m very sad I had to move away. I can tell this company works hard to identify and help alleviate some of the common issues therapists face in the workplace. It’s refreshing to know that companies like this exist. If you’re a therapist that has recently moved to the area or just need a change, I’d highly recommend Therapy Matters!

I LOVE working at Therapy Matters, Inc. Everyone is so caring and wonderful. You can see how all the staff are truly there to help people. During this pandemic, I have seen such determination from all the therapists to make sure that none of the children have to put their services on pause. They either continue to safely go to houses on use teletherapy to help them. The company is also helping parents provide Habilitation to their own children during this time. It is so wonderful to see everyone truly come together and help one another.

I have been working for TMI for over 3 months now and I absolutely LOVE it!!!!! The team is very supportive, and goes out of their way to check-in with you to make sure everything is going as smoothly as possible. Although therapists don't see each other daily, we continually stay in touch weekly through phone conversations or meetings (both online and in-person). I am proud to be working for such a wonderful, hard-working company, and I highly recommend Therapy Matters, both for services and employment.
