Wonderful Therapy. Dr. Holtz has been helping me through a difficult time after existing a narcissist relationship. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly easy to talk to without over explaining some experiences. Do not hesitate to reach out to him.

My experience with this office has been wonderful. The ease of scheduling an appointment and matching me with a wonderful therapist. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They have made my fear of starting Therapy into such a positive experience.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Holtz for over five years while navigating a very difficult relationship with my mother. He has been instrumental in helping me work through anger, set healthier boundaries, and move toward better mental health despite ongoing challenges. His book Bye Bye Narcissist also helped me understand my situation more clearly and gave me real clarity about my life. I’m very grateful for his guidance and support.

I was reading about the place and I was trying to get a date for my cousin, she only speaks Spanish. And I tried to communicate with you, because you said you spoke English and Spanish. But apparently the girl who answered my call found it funny because I asked if there was anyone who spoke Spanish. To what I know well and he answered me nah and hung up the phone.

I’ve been working with Robert O’Connor for over a year now on a consistent basis, and I can confidently say he is an exceptionally kind and supportive therapist. His perspectives are incredibly grounding and have helped me navigate life’s challenges as they arise, whether at work, at home, or in relationships with loved ones. Robert’s guidance has truly been a game changer. He has helped me reframe how I look at life, adapt to difficult situations, and respond in healthier, more effective ways. He has also supported my college-going child, helping him put things into perspective and begin thinking intentionally about the steps toward a better outcome. Overall, I cannot recommend Robert highly enough. If you are in a place where you’re seeking support or clarity, look no further. He is truly one of the best.

Making that first phone call to find a therapist is one of the scariest steps I’ve ever taken, but I am so grateful I built up the courage to do it. If I hadn’t made that call, I would have never been connected with Dina and I truly can’t imagine my journey without her. Dina is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and fully present in every session. She is relatable in a way that makes opening up feel natural and safe. She offers thoughtful strategies and guidance grounded in both her professional training and her real-life experience, which makes her support feel genuine and practical. Talking to Dina is easy, comforting, and completely judgment-free. I feel understood and supported every time I leave a session. I highly recommend Dina and this practice to anyone who is considering therapy.

I've had a fantastic time with Robert O'Conner. I've had him since the middle of my junior year and honestly, I've never had a therapist as great, kind, supportive, and helpful as he has been with me. He's helped me so much during many tumultuous times in my life and I really recommend him to anyone, mostly any teen boys out there going through troubles.

Therapy my way therapists for all ages! I couldn’t be happier with the services they have provided for my boys 14 and 10 the last two years. My children have matured and handled “stuff” better than I have seen before. The communication between the office and myself is stella. They are a saving grace in helping my children and me as a parent. Highly suggest going to therapy my way for your children and for adults..
