Therapy Playground Inc

Our 2 year old currently sees Kathy for speech. She's amazing. The baby loves her! She's great with him, we've seen alot of improvements. He gets excited every time we have a session. She is helps us understand how to help him at home as well!

We went here for Occupational Therapy. The facility is large and has access to playmats, obstacles, and toys that are very useful. The staff was friendly as well.

One of my twins has been receiving speech and now feeding therapy here. We have been very pleased with her progress and love the therapists who work with her!

In a year I have not seen improvement in the child. The section should last 30 minutes and they always finish between 20 and 25 minutes. They want to force you to use the front parking lot (where there is no tree shade) and if you park in the back, because they finish early then they say you left the parking lot and they wanna file a complaint.👎

We have loved Therapy playground! Between our twins, we’ve done speech, PT, and OT. All 4 therapists we’ve worked with were patient and structured with the kids, helpful and supportive to us parents. We had some therapies in the Cumberland office and some at home. Both kids have made wonderful progress and us parents have felt better equipped to help them develop. Any therapist I ran into in the office was always smiling and friendly. A great team!

This place is a joke! We went here for a few months, and then they where going to put my son on a waiting list after we where already being seen. The list was 6m to a year long! So instead of being mad or upset I discharged him. Or so I thought. Now almost a month later and I can't sign him up for new therapy because they discharged him from the office but not his insurance!! So your charging my insurance and my kid isn't being seen! That is fraud!
