TeeJay is one of the best at what he does. Every time I come in for any sort of therapy , whether it’s cold plunge and sauna or dry needling I feel better almost instantly. I highly recommend TeeJay and his team as therapist’s.
Therapy Retreat is full of some of the kindest staff/owners in North Dakota. They are all a wealth of knowledge and very accommodating to their customers. Every interaction and experience I’ve had with a staff member there has been incredible. Alicia gave me the best massage I’ve ever experienced! The whole facility is beautiful and very clean. The sauna was so relaxing as well! We are so lucky to have a business like this in Mandan! 10/10 highly recommend!!

I developed tendinitis in my wrist/hand last summer. I recently started working with Dr. TeeJay and he introduced me to Neo Therapy. I found it to be very relaxing and I experienced some much needed relief almost immediately. After 6 treatments I was able to play my first 18 holes in 7 months.
