Everyone is wonderful, welcoming, and caring about my physical therapy. They check in with you to make sure you’re doing well during your therapy sessions and make sure you’re not overdoing it. I have used them several times for various situations and they have always been awesome! Thank you!

Horrible experience!! I tried to retain therapy from Therapy Services for rehab from a hand surgery. I am a veteran and had prior approval from the V.A. Therapy services wanted some sort of special paperwork to be generated specifically for them. (All about getting paid). I ended up making a conference call with the V.A., my doctor, my surgeon, Angelica from physical therapy services, and myself. Everyone but physical therapy services (Angelica) did what was needed in order to set up my therapy. Not only was she unwilling to assist and rude to all on the call, she called me later and cancelled my appointment!! I later spoke with the office manager who politely dismissed themselves from any accountability. It was made clear that it was all about money. Never once was any attempt made to provide a solution or care. I dont know why this was such a hassle. Of all the doctors I have been sent to by the V.A., I have never had this much problem. Word of advise.... if you are a V.A. patient, dont even try this place. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Well when I first started going in there I couldn't walk I had to have a walker I had pain like you would not believe they first run it for 16 weeks and then I got better . A LOT BETTER.if it wasn't for these folks I wouldn't be walking today my name is Lee Angelos, I miss might be the truest thing I've ever said those people made the difference between me walking and me needing a walker or a cane to get around with for the rest of my life

The people who work here are wonderful human beings I went for my back and leg i was hesitant at 1st but after going for a few weeks I didn't want to leave. But my time is up I feel alot better, I'm gonna do the work I was taught here. Ill remember them and how much they helped me🙏🏾🙏🏾
