Tom has been amazing with my recovery. He has helped me increase my mobility in a lot shorter time than I had imagined. He showed me thinks to do at home and even if I need to be on the road traveling to keep up on it without equipment. He is knowledgeable and caring and I would suggest him to anyone in need of rehabilitation. Thank you for all your services!

I recently needed PT for a shoulder injury and Eric was my physical therapist. I was limited with movement and initially had some discomfort. As he led me through the stretches and exercises I was very comfortable and made progress. The handouts for 'at-home' therapy were very helpful. I found Therapy Solutions is a friendly, clean and welcoming recovery clinic.

I am a student at the University of Mary in my Doctorate of Occupational Therapy program. I completed my 12-week level 2 fieldwork experience through Therapy Solutions and it was the best experience I could have asked for! I had the opportunity to learn SO many things including lymphedema treatment, injury recovery, and much more. At Therapy Solutions, they truly do help people take their lives back. After years of typical doctors offices, stepping into Therapy Solutions felt like returning to the home I've always wanted. The front office lady named Pam was immediately very kind and helpful. Sitting down with Dr Nelson, it was a relief to hear from someone for the first time about how my mental and physical wellbeing are interconnected, and for her to create a comprehensive holistic recovery plan for me to get to the root cause. I am also looking forward to taking some of the group classes here. I think it is a wonderful indicator that providers care about people when they make their knowledge even more accessible. The clinical staff is caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The scheduling and billing department is the reason for the 3 stars. The communication back and forth is taxing - you're lucky if the phone is answered and you don't have to leave a voicemail. I was scheduled for a handful of appointments *without my input*, (or my input on dates/times/provider was ignored) and due to other appointments, work, and life I needed to cancel all of them. I communicated this via voicemail more than once, and I still received text reminders of appointments which I could not make. I called again to make sure this appt was canceled and was rudely and loudly informed that ALL MY appointments would be canceled since I had not been here in a while and I had a balance due. Well, I had not been there in a while because they kept scheduling me during my work hours! I also had asked for a printed invoice to be mailed to me before I paid my balance and I never received it. I'm still waiting. Be aware of your insurance status, deductibles and limitations before you attend the appointment since they will not tell you ahead of time. This makes me sad since I love my therapists here but the attitude of reception does not match that of the clinical staff.

Our son, who is 7 years old, nonverbal, and has Autism, has been going to Therapy Solutions for awhile now. He has aggression issues, which has pushed other places away from him. Therapy Solutions has continued to work with him, and they have done an outstanding job. They haven’t pushed him away, and they continue to make progress with him. The staff is dedicated to what they do, and they are willing to go the extra mile. They make you feel comfortable and welcome, which is a welcome change for our family. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our son, who has high functioning autism and global developmental delay, has been attending Therapy Solutions for over a year now. We have had the opportunity to work with physical, occupational and speech therapist during this time. The progress he has made has been thanks to their hard work. I appreciate each and every staff member and their professionalism. We are very lucky to have found them. We highly recommend Therapy Solutions.
