Attempted to schedule an appointment with their receptionist and got the run around for a while and was given very angry responses for simple questions like "do you take HPN" I got a disgruntled reply and was asked to swap insurances because they cannot see my child. So they told me to come in to work something out. The individual told me I must sign two papers upon coming in and said if anything else needed a signature they can get it done using the two papers. I would not recommend. This place seems shady if they can use two signatures for everything they need. Makes me wonder WHATS GOING ON. The therapist aid called me 5 times attempting to see if I changed insurances AFTER specifically saying I do not wish to switch insurances.
Therapy Treatment Centers is an amazing Office, the Therapist(s) and staff are very kind and encouraging. The Office is very clean and neat, the furniture is comfortable and there is plenty of sitting space for clients. My therapist is genuine, trustworthy and she is very understanding, caring and willing to go the extra mile to help me. I have been seeing her for 2 years and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience!! She has helped me overcome many issues and I am grateful to have her as my Therapist.
Great place ! Feels very welcoming.
This place is scary. First off, NONE of the staff are wearing face masks. The furniture is gross and the whole place smells like mildew. After finishing paperwork, were seated in a dark, dirty room until Pam was ready for us. When we were moved into Pam’s room, she denied knowledge of the mask mandate and stated that all staff should have been wearing masks (THEY WERENT), she said that she didn’t know we were coming in today (WEIRD). Left and plan to never, ever return to this place. Before even getting to the facility, the man at the front desk called me approx 6 times… including at 9pm and 7:45am and then repeatedly, as well as a text message. First I was told my insurance would be accepted, then told there would be a sliding scale… everything about this place seemed very sketchy.
We love Pam at Therapy Treatment Center Back in November I had to find counseling for my 12 year old, this was beyond a frustrating task. So many places either wouldn’t take our insurance or didn’t take this age group. We patiently waited for an appointment with Pam, and it was so worth the wait! My daughter just loves her and looks forward to going. It did take a bit to get her in but I wouldn’t change a thing! I am thankful everyday we found her, it’s just been a great fit for our family.
I truly love Pam and her office staff. They have always treated my children and myself like family and are very accommodating with scheduling. Pam has helped my 10-yr-old build self confidence and understand her self worth. My daughter is always so excited when she gets to see Pam. Pam also does teletherapy since Covid started so my daughter’s treatment was not disrupted. We love this place!
She a very nice and understanding person! Her treatment is probably the best I’ve seen from any therapist in Vegas and I can definitely see her helping me and others like me with their issues. Her personality makes it’s very easy to talk to her and her advice is very helpful to listen too! I haven’t been in therapy for long but I can say that I’ve seen a lot of difference already.
