I’ve been trying to call them and get in contact with them to make an appointment for my daughter. They never answered the phone. The voicemail is very full. And I got emails saying that they try to reach out to me, but I didn’t answer so they will work with me next time. I never even got a chance to talk to them And I have the proof that I’ve been calling and they never answer.

We’ve been trying to reach out to them schedule appointment, but they never reached out. I called them a few times they never answered then I got an email saying that they will look forward to work with me next time. They are very terrible people to talk on the phone once you can’t ever reach them.

Same issues as the other negative reviews. Billing problems, lack of customer support, the main office takes weeks to respond. We’ve been trying to get reimbursed for excess copays since April. Therapy Tree still owes us $200+. Don’t waste your time!

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from your team. This isn’t the first time my son’s virtual speech appointments have been missed without any notice. There are no calls or emails when the therapist can’t make it—just a random new link sent with no explanation. When I click the new links, no one is on the other line. No one answers the phone either, which makes it even more frustrating. Please address this with your staff. It’s extremely unprofessional and upsetting, especially when my four-year-old son is excited to see his “teacher” and ends up being stood up with no communication at all.

Do not go here. I have no clue about all that happened last year (2024) but there have been nothing but bad changes since then. The OT we saw and loved, left. We tried other ones but it wasn’t the same. We saw a speech therapist for my other kid and she was amazing! She’s the only reason they’re getting 2 stars. If you try to call and have to leave a message for scheduling or billing, ya good luck! Do not expect a call back. Billing gives you someone foreign who isn’t understanding the context of what you’re saying. My last conversation with them, they asked what office I was calling about. I said, “umm isn’t this the Therapy Tree billing?” They said their system was down and they would call me back when it was working. That was 2 days ago. A previous time I had called scheduling to try and change an appointment. I called and left messages on THREE different days, and no one ever called me back. Finally after repeated calls someone finally answered and helped me work it out. At the front desk, now you have a tablet to check in. There’s a person there but it seems very impersonal. Overall if you can go to a different office, I’d highly recommend it. Over 2 years ago I’d have a different opinion, but whatever has changed is for the worse. It seems all about money and making the most profit and they don’t care about helping the kids who are going there. Some therapists that are still there I’m sure are great and do care, but if admin can’t back it up, that’s who parents have to deal with. If parents have a hard time working with admin and insurance it’s just a headache not worth having. I know finding an office to help your little ones is hard and I do wish you the best of luck!

My son attends therapy here 2x's a week. Multiple times, the staff has cancelled my son's appointment AFTER WE SHOW UP for the appointment. I spoke to managers, they said it was because they switched systems. They did the same thing today and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I need to wait a week for response. I'll be reaching out to medical board AND FBI to discuss this as well as fraudulent charges on days he was not seen. I work the medical field and I know there are consequences and laws in place that your organization HAS NOT followed.

Unfortunately, Therapy Tree has gone downhill drastically. While the therapists who worked with my child were wonderful, almost all of them have since left. This has repeatedly left my child without services for lengthy periods of time, causing unnecessary regressions and setbacks. Therapy Tree has consistently failed to hire replacements in a timely manner, leaving countless children without the essential services they depend on. To make matters worse, communication here is nearly nonexistent. We were never informed about therapists leaving until after their final day, showing complete disregard for our regularly scheduled appointments and the children who rely on stability and routine. For kids who already struggle with change, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. Adding to the frustration, the front desk staff has been replaced with iPads, making scheduling impersonal and ineffective. To book or adjust an appointment, you must call a number that no one answers, forcing you to leave voicemails that go unchecked. This lack of accountability, communication, and consistency has made it clear that Therapy Tree prioritizes convenience or cash over children’s well-being. I can no longer recommend this place to any family. Our kids deserve better.

Started off great, we loved Yohany and Cody. We were seeing them twice a week the last year for speech therapy. Communication was great with them, not so much with leadership. The clinic is quick to get you in for an evaluation, but once you’re in, it’s like you’re sort of on your own. We noticed things started going downhill fast. It is very difficult to get ahold of anybody for scheduling or cancellations. The billing department doesn’t bill consistently, so we were seeing random charges. $40, $65, $25, $165, $400. We understood what our financial responsibility was, but it was becoming a problem when everything was being charged all at once instead of after every session. They always have an excuse as to why things are done a certain way. It takes weeks for anybody to get back to you. Our child was meeting their therapy goals consistently, or we were told they were. No documentation to show if the client is making progress or not. The clinic has a habit of cancelling sessions the same day, sometimes hours before the session. There were a few times we cancelled due to our child being sick. Today we got a last minute call asking if we were wanting to continue services because our child didn’t have any more scheduled sessions. This confused us as the clinic has always scheduled our sessions automatically for the last year. When I said “yes”, the representative told us it was time for a new evaluation. We got a weird feeling, and felt they didn’t value our child as a client anymore. We decided to stop services as it didn’t rub us the right way. We originally had high expectations and standards for this clinic, only to be let down a year later.

My son has been coming here for over a year now. My honest opinion is your experience is going to be based on the therapist you have. As long as they are great and consistent not much else will matter as much. Front desk people aren’t the greatest. They don’t come off as welcoming. They don’t ever answer the phone and if they do they don’t seem to know much. My son is thriving here though and that’s why I think it will matter most if you have a great therapist! Taylor and Brianna have done such an amazing job with my son and are great in detail with there updates on your child. Highly recommend them for speech therapy or a class!

No direct phone line, no one answers the phone or calls back. They replaced the front desk lady with an iPad and are unavailable to speak to unless you interrupt a therapist and get escorted to a room. Hard to cancel or request appointments due to this. Therapy room was converted into open concept but is small and packed. This is a “medical” type service but there is no patient support at all. Company is refusing to provide paperwork of therapy provided or submit verification to insurance. I would suggest anywhere else
