Ms. Mac has been absolutely amazing with my son. He is level 2 autistic and considered non-verbal, and from the very beginning she has shown so much patience, kindness, and understanding toward him. What means the most to me is how excited my son gets to go see and play with Ms. Mac — that alone speaks volumes about the trust and bond she built with him so quickly. She truly takes the time to form a relationship with my son instead of rushing him, and she always respects his needs and boundaries. If he isn’t ready or doesn’t want to do something, she meets him where he’s at and finds another way to connect and engage. She makes my son feel safe, supported, and encouraged. We are beyond grateful for Ms. Mac and the positive impact she has had on our son and our family.I
We stopped attending when we switched insurance and therapy was no longer covered. $120 for 20 minutes of playing games and saying a few words is ridiculous. The first couple sessions covered pronunciation technique but afterwards it was just rating his speech without much guidance. We last attended 7 months ago and are just now being contacted about a billing issue! Contacting a person with this provider is nearly impossible, and their hold recording is infuriating. I absolutely advise against getting involved with Therapy Tree.
My son gets speech therapy but the sessions are 12 minutes and the remaining 12 minutes of the session is to discuss with the parents about what happened during the session. I think that can be discussed under 2 or 3 minutes. As soon as he is concentrated and locked in on the activity THE TIMER GOES OFF. I am currently looking for a new place to take my son. I do not recommend therapy tree it is a waste of time.
My child was evaluated here and got serviced by Bernadette who was amazing. However, it was difficult to book with her and even more difficult to book 2x a week as my child needed since most appointment slots are filled. So I decided to start with 1 day a week, we met with Marcella who was kind and patient. After that initial visit my daughter got sick for two weeks, we missed appointments. What I did not like is that any attempts I made to call or leave a message to reschedule were unsuccessful. The front office never answered despite multiple calls and even hung up on me one of the times i got through. Then they send me a message saying I was “no call, no show” despite calling multiple times and even leaving voicemails that my daugther was sick. I also was told since I have commercial insurance it’s a $50 no show fee, unless I have proof of a doctors note. Now, I decided to seek services somewhere else since the lack of communication on top of difficultly scheduling was too many issues for me. My current issue is I keep calling to cancel services and they still don’t answer ! TLDR: good speech staff, difficultly scheduling, questionable policies, and terrible front desk communication.
Therapy Tree at Central Phoenix on Osborn Rd. has been AMAZING for our kids. Our daughter, Angela has been shy and glued to one of us anytime in public and now she interacts with other people. She likes to say "hi" now to everyone that passes her. Our son, Devin has been more active in public and want to help push the basket and put things into the basket as well. Both of our kids have opened up more. They also have learned so much with news words and signs with ASL. Also the ladies at the front desk are just awesome to work with in trying to schedule appointments. They try so hard to make things. I love working with everyone at Therapy Tree! Thank you, From the Garcia & Willems Family

Our child thrives coming here but lack of appts that work with our schedule is frustrating. The appts have also been shortened, when we first started it was 22 min sessions & then 8 minutes telling the parent what the child did during their session, & then without warning they are now 20 mins. Personally the appts should be 25 mins, you don’t need to speak with a parent for 10 mins, & honestly you can discuss with the parent what the child did in under 3 minutes. It’s frustrating bc the child could be getting more out of their session if they didn’t cut them so short.
Great place. I've been taking my child to therapy here for a while now and I've seen a lot of progress in my child. They help him a lot and the therapists are very kind, as are the receptionists. 10/10, highly recommended.
My son has been going to therapy since February/March. All of the therapists are great and the staff is exceptional.
Wonderful staff and environment for my daughter. Her therapist Rebekah is amazing!
