Therapy360- Speech, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy

The office staff is not accommodating at all. My child has been coming for 6 months. Any time we have had to reschedule I give MORE than 24 hours notice. Typically, at least 2-3 days. They issued us an attendance policy notice stating we are not coming to our sessions. We always come. There were a couple times we had some misunderstnadings on scheduling. That's it. They said it counts against you if you reschedule (way in advance). It still counts as a cancellations. It not excused unless you bring in a doctor's note. It doesn't matter if you call last minute or weeks in advance. Then, they call me to cancel on me, because the therapist can't make see my child. I try to reschedule for later in the week. I have to call back since I had some conflicts I did not realize when I scheduled. They said it will count against her even though they cancelled on me and I called back way in advance. Be aware, they do not give you any warning and they count every little thing against you to give a reason to discharge. We will be looking elsewhere for my child. As far as the therapist goes- we have not had any issues. That's why they get 1 star. The therapist gives them that start. Outside of that, I'd want to give them negative stars if possible.

If you are military highly recommend finding a new place. They have a very strict policy. Your child is given a time and day that you are not allowed to reschedule or cancel or they suspend your child for 90 days from going to their therapy office. But the therapist will cancel the day of for being “sick” but not allow you to move your appointment from a 9:00 to 11:00 appointment.

Love this place. They assist and help my son out so good. So if you looking for a good therapy for your kids, this is the place.

We LOVE this place! My daughter is 4 years old, is autistic, and is speech and developmentally delayed. We moved to the area recently and they had an opening for speech and feeding. Miss Summer has been a Godsend to my daughter! My daughter has no social skills and yet she responds so well to Summer. Summer will constantly adapt to whatever my daughter needs and is a wealth of knowledge as far as trying new things and setting my daughter up for success. We are so happy we found this place and I will always recommend it!

My son has attended Speech therapy here for about 3 years. We are so appreciative of the fact that he was able to successfully meet his Speech/communication goals during this time. All the credit goes to the incredible Speech therapists at Therapy 360, especially Ms. Hannah, Ms. Julie, Ms. Summer and Ms. Sharon. The therapists here are friendly, organized and extremely professional. My son made Consistent Progress because of these dedicated and supportive therapists. They always provided an update at the end of the session and gave me resources and strategy to practice with my son at home. I'm grateful to them because I truly think they have laid the foundation for his future academic success. A special thank you to Ashley at the front desk who greets everyone with a smile and always willing to adjust the appointments whenever was needed. Thank you team therapy 360.

My son has been attending Speech and Physical Therapy here for approximately two years. The therapists are always friendly, professional and determined to help my son with all his needs. They continue to learn what his needs are and adjust their Plans of Care to meet his most current abilities. They provide updates every session with ideas on how to help continue his progress at home. You are always welcomed with a smile from Ashley at the front desk. She takes no time figuring out who you and your child are; allowing for you to just wave "Hi," upon walking in and wait for your appointment. They are flexible with rescheduling appointments when needed. We have worked with numerous therapists due to our forever changing schedules and we have never been disappointed with any of the providers.
